Hire Me

What Do I Know?

In the grand scheme of things, I don’t know anything. Chances are, though, that I know enough to be helpful to you. I’ve been helping people grow personally, professionally, and in business success for nearly a decade (and I’m not even 30 yet). Yes, I’m young, I don’t hide it. I believe my youth is one of my greatest assets for you. A smarter man than myself said “you don’t have to know everything to be helpful, you just have to know more than the person you’re trying to help.”

What do you think? Do you think I might know more than you about a particular personal, professional, or business challenge your facing? Only one way to find out: contact me.

Want To Know More?

I am an independent consultant (or coach, if you prefer). I work by myself, for myself. This means that when you hire me, you get me (almost exclusively in most cases). However, I don’t work alone. I have built a list of partners and resources that no one I’ve met can compare to. By hiring me, you get my knowledge, experience, and access to my partners and resources – saving you time, money, energy, and much, much more – all while gaining growth.

Should You Hire Me?

It’s a fundamental question, and it’s important that you know what to expect so that we can make sure our working relationship is as positively effective as possible. Here are a few key questions to ask yourself when trying to determine if we should work together:

If You’re Thinking About Hiring Me To Help With Personal Development

  • Do you have a clear focus on what your life purpose is?
  • Do you know how to create SMART goals?
  • Do you experience all the success you could dream of personally, or professionally?
  • Do you believe you have it all figured out?
  • Do you feel energized, positive, and ready to tackle the day when you wake up? Every day?

If You’re Thinking About Hiring Me To Help With Business Development

  • Do I have all the people in place in my company that I need to grow effectively and intelligently?
  • Do I have dedicated marketing person?
  • Do I have a dedicated organizational and/or operations manager?
  • Does my company have a dedicated technology ambassador or IT person?
  • Does my company have an accurate depiction of what it spends money on for these departments (marketing, organization, administrative, technology, etc.)?
  • Does my company know whether those items have generated an actual return on the investment?
  • Does my company refuse to make program decisions based solely on what is being said by vendors and salespeople?
  • Does my company perform research before implementing a new program?
  • Does my company perform a program audit each year?
  • Has my company ever hired someone to give an outsider’s opinion of our programs?

If you answered ‘no’ to any of the above questions, it is probably a good idea for you to give me a call and at least see if we mesh well enough to work together. Your first consultation is on me, and I’ll give you as much help as I can immediately – I won’t hold back information in an attempt to gain future business. At that point, we’ll figure out if it really makes sense for you to hire me long-term.
